Portview Estate is a proposed service estate sitting at the most sought-after location around the Lekki Free Trade Zone area of Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. The estate which shares boundary with Rehoboth Park and Gardens Phase 2, also similar distance from Dangote Refinery.
Portview Estate is owned by Kayode-Obembe & Co. Ltd. It has been fenced and gated with a gatehouse at the middle. There was no further development apart from being fenced. The inside of the estate is still bushy.
Portview estate has been a bit long proposed and should have on going construction by either investors or by Kayode-Obembe & Co considering the fact that its immediate neighbouring is almost ready for full residential activities.
In 2016, a Tv commercial starring Femi Adebayo, Según Arinze and Fathia Balogun was released to boost the sale of the estate plots.
