The Governor of Jeddah, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, awarded in his office today the Director of the Anti-Narcotics Department in Jeddah, Brigadier General Youssef Al-Thamali, his new rank, after the issuance of the honorable Royal Order to promote him to the rank of brigadier general, and congratulated him, wishing him success and payment.
