The Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Prince of Jazan Region, Prince Muhammad bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, and Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the occasion of the success of the Arab-Islamic-American Summit. Al-Faisal said: “I am honored to raise to the honorable shrine, in my name and on behalf of the people of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, congratulations on the success of the Arab-Islamic-American summit that was held in the capital, Riyadh, under your wise leadership, which demonstrated to the whole world the weight and position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the region.” He added, "The Kingdom has gathered ranks against terrorism and strengthened Saudi-American relations at all levels, which will have a great impact and benefit on the Saudi people and all peoples of Islamic countries, God willing."
In turn, Prince Muhammad bin Nasser said: "The summits showed the pivotal and prominent role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the region, based on its prestige, location, wisdom of leadership and the strength of its economy, which enabled it to be a leader of the Arab and Islamic nation."
He believed that the Kingdom's efforts in achieving security, stability, peace and combating terrorism regionally and internationally are clear and evident, and were embodied in the opening of the Global Center for Combating Extremist Ideology "Etidal", which was appreciated by the world.
And he continued, saying: “The success of these summits enhances the partnership in combating terrorism and achieving peace and stability regionally and internationally, asking God Almighty to guide the wise leadership and bless its steps and achieve its aspirations of elevation, strength and empowerment for Islam and Muslims, and to perpetuate the blessing of security and safety for the Kingdom in Under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques ».
Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz said that holding three major summits in one place and in a short time was not an ordinary event, pointing out that the capital, Riyadh, was the focus of attention of the whole world, explaining that the Saudi-American summit recorded a rewriting of the strategic relationship between the two countries, while the summit aimed The American Gulf states put all the countries of the region in strategic relations with the largest partner in the world. As for the third summit, it brought together leaders and representatives of 56 Islamic countries, who signed a historic agreement to reject extremism and terrorism, and to denounce some linking our Islamic religion to extremism and terrorism.
This came during his hosting yesterday evening (Monday) in his weekly “Monday” session at the Principality Court, in the presence of his deputy, Prince Ahmed bin Fahd bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, employees of King Fahd International Airport in Dammam and the departments working in it.
