Etel Adnan Death – Cause Of Death: Legendary poet, essayist, philosopher, artist, and journalist Etel Adnan has sadly passed away on Sunday 14th November 2021 at the age of 96 in her home in Paris surrounded by her family and loved ones. No cause of death was confirmed at the time of this writing.
Etel was born on 24th February 1925 to Assaf Kadri and Rose “Lily” Lacorte in Beirut, French Lebanon. She was a degree holder in philosophy from the University of Paris. She then furthered various universities like the University of California, Berkeley, and at Harvard University. She taught philosophy of art at the Dominican University of California in San Rafael from 1958 to 1972. She has also taught at numerous universities in the United State.
She was a talented writer, a brave painter, and a smart philosopher. She was Light, Life, Beauty, Generosity and was a universal artist for all. She attracted a lot of people by her aura of light, her wisdom, her selflessness, her immeasurable generosity. Her talent and incredibly rich body of work will undeniably continue to influence and inspire the art world for decades to come. Our sincere condolences go out to her family, friends, and to all those who knew and loved her.
