The impact of this content on thought, emotion, and behavior cannot be counted, and it cannot be ignored, but the most important thing is to immunize society from its dangers, specifically on the rising audience on social media platforms. Who transmits, comments, and prefers content that serves other orientations outside its social system, values, culture, and unity project, and thus the huge and frightening content has become disturbing and confusing, and requires managing public opinion at a high level that controls the rhythm of society in dealing with all these transformations, especially intellectual ones.
There are ten methods of media and communication dealing with the power of the public today in social networks (distraction, fragmentation, diversion, questioning, rotation, clarification, correction, mitigation, denial, evasion), and each method differs from the other in its message, the type of its audience, and the expected resonance. Appreciation of the situation and its repercussions also remains an important factor in choosing the method that is available and appropriate for appreciating the national interest, looking to the future, and blocking any transient calculations that want to undermine the unity, security, and stability of society.
Today, many of the public's perceptions of political, economic, social, cultural, and other issues have changed, and it is no longer just a point of view, but some of them have become legitimate to form a public opinion in society, and to exert pressure on the official or entity, by participating in certain hashtags, for example, or rotating opinion in Multiple platforms and applications, and thus formation or formation – and the difference between them in source and motive – has become a threat to the intellectual construction and general orientation of society, especially when it is supported by hostile accounts, or reaches a stage of provoking tension and skepticism among members of society.
Managing public opinion is one of the most difficult tasks today, and the most sensitive in any society, and it represents a challenge in balancing freedom of opinion and the margin available for this freedom, and tightening the lines and determinants that cannot be crossed, and assessing that according to criteria that differ from one case to another, and with all that remains management Public opinion is also an opportunity to enhance society's awareness and participation, to emphasize its constants and values, and to highlight its strengths. This participatory and transparency are important keys in preparing awareness for a mission greater than mere reception to the instinctive defense of national gains.
