Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Reed Scowen, member of the National Assembly for my riding of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce from 1978 to 1987. Reed Scowen was man of conviction, a man of great culture and kindness. I offer my sincere condolences to the family.
