Rehoboth Park and Gardens Phase 2 is located at the Free Trade Zone area of Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. The estate is approximately 35 minutes away from Eleko Junction which is not far from Amen Estate, 10 minutes from Lekki Free Trade Zone and fewer minutes from Dangote Refinery. It is by the road, on the left-hand side if you are heading to La Campaign Tropicana.
At the time of our visit, the estate which is owned by Adron Homes & Properties Ltd looks very promising and recommendable.
There are few duplexes under construction and the entrance road has been tarred. Drainage was in order and streetlights have been mounted. Few drive ways have also been interlocked. When we visited the estate, we met gatekeepers and some construction men, working on 3 set of buildings in the estate. The estate has been on sale since 2015. A plot of land measuring 500sqm was selling at N6,000,000 (six million naira) in 2016 with opportunity to spread your payment up-to 4 years. By 2018, same plot of land went from N6,000,000 to N20,000,000 (twenty million naira) with a shorter payment plan; outright or within 3 months. No estate around Rehoboth Park and Gardens was doing better than it at the time of this post. Besides Dangote Refinery and Lekki Free Trade Zone, Rehoboth Park & Gardens estate is currently a force of development within the Lekki Free Trade Zone.

In terms of land appreciation, few trek-able estates within Rehoboth Park & Gardens are still selling below N10 million despite the fact that Rehoboth was about a million Naira ahead of some of the estates back in 2016. While Rehoboth can boast of more than 18 ongoing building constructions, none of the estates aroud it can boast of 1. With good security, Rehoboth is ready for buyers to move in while others estates in its vicinity are still battling with bushes.
