A source in the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that talks have begun with the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to resume the provision of necessary consular services to the two peoples, and the source indicated to Al-Ikhbariya channel that discussions are underway between officials in the two countries about resuming the provision of services.
