On Saturday I lost the most amazing man I have ever met, my boyfriend, Rory Doherty. Anyone who knew Rory loved him, it was impossible not to. While this is a huge loss for all of us, he leaves behind his two daughters Kayla and Taylor. Before our first date I asked a mutual friend about him and the first thing he said was, “he has two daughters and they are his world,” which said a ton about him as a man But as I got to know him I saw they truly were his entire world. There was so much to love about him, but hearing him talk about them, seeing him with them, hearing him talk to them and knowing how much love he had for them was easily one of the best things about him.
