Pat Sweeney Death – Cause of Death: Royal Air Force Regiment Station Warrant Officer (SWO) Pat Sweeney has passed away on Tuesday 30th November 2021. His death was announced by the RAF Regiment on their Twitter page on Tuesday. The circumstances surrounding his death were not specified in the publication.
Pat was a strong member of the Royal Air Force Regiment, a part of the Royal Air Force, and functions as a specialist corps founded by Royal Warrant in 1942. The Corps carries out soldiering tasks relating to the delivery of airpower and the Royal Air Force Honington simply known as RAF Honington, a Royal Air Force station located 6 mi south of Thetford near Ixworth in Suffolk, England.
Pat was a Station Warrant Officer (SWO) at the RAF Honington for three years from 1995 through to 1998, according to the publication by RAF Honington “Pat was the Station Warrant Officer (SWO) here at RAF Honington between 95-98.” He became the first Royal Air Force Regiment Station Warrant Officer after the RAF Regiment Depot that was moved in the year 1993. Pat Sweeney’s obituary will be released by his family in due time.
