Every woman has the right to practice the profession in which she sees herself, to have her own income, to work and start discovering her talent by practicing her hobbies as a profession and a gateway to livelihood and financial independence.

Fifi Muhammad, who works as a (chef) in the kitchen of one of the international hotels in Jeddah, says: I studied at the Hotel and Tourism Academy, and specialized in the art of cooking because it is my passion. As for the security manager at the hotel (she preferred not to be named), she says: I got a master’s degree in information systems from New York, and I could not find a suitable job for me because all jobs in my specialty require experience before employment, so I went to work in the hotel, because working here is very comfortable, especially since the administration They treat us with respect and give us good incentives to produce more.

In the sales department, “Darren” shared the conversation with us, saying: She studied hotel management in South Korea, and thank God the situation is currently improving in favor of women. In the past, hotel specialties were restricted to males only.

Dania Qazaz, who is currently working in the sales department, stated that her studies were majoring in regulations and law, noting that one of the saddest situations that is always repeated during her work in the hotel is the cancellation of the wedding party due to a death or due to the separation of the spouses.
