He was the definitive James Bond, saw him with my parents at a drive-in theater in early 60’s in Amarillo, Texas for Dr. No. I’m saddened beyond words. I grew up watching his interpretations of James Bond. RIP Sir Connery!

RIP Sean Connery!
No James Bond was ever as cool and sophisticated as his was.
Darryl Hamond’s famous impression of him on SNL Jeopardy has stayed in my mind all these years.
There will be never be another!

Everyone will remember him as James Bond, but he’ll always be Henry Jones Sr. to me.
“I suddenly remembered my Charlamange.
‘Let my weapons be the rocks and the the trees. And the birds in the sky.’”
Damn it.
RIP sir.#RIPSeanConnery

It’s 1973, and you’re Sean Connery. You gave the definitive performance of the suave, irresistible and deadly spy, James Bond.
So how do you follow that?
The answer was to put on a red loincloth and thigh high boots!#RIPSeanConnery a life well lived. A Scottish legend

Death, you might have used your sh-ythe to sh-lice one iconic nonagenarian this year, but stay the fuck away from Attenborough. Anyway, he’s going to merge with the rocks and roots to become a fully conscious Earth-entity, so he’s safe from you. #SeanConnery

My Grandad introduced me to Sean Connery’s James Bond in the early 90’s, which began my love for 007.
There’s no Bond without Sean, his portrayal made the character iconic.
The world of Cinema sadly lost one of the greats today.
