Hegemony over the world, which is based on spreading non-war influence across the world, as China is currently doing; For example, Africa has a deep sense of hostility towards America and Europe, not only because of the colonial past. The West, until the present time, has limited its intervention in Africa to the military side, and the situation has worsened by adopting a strategy to combat terrorism through the military method, as America and France did, while Africans say to the West that the reason for Africans joining terrorist groups Not religious fanaticism, but poverty, hunger, and the lack of any work. If the West financed development projects with a quarter of the cost of the military operations it carries out in Africa, terrorism would end. On the other hand, China has imposed its hegemony over Africa by lending to its countries to finance infrastructure projects carried out by Chinese companies in Africa. Therefore, Africans welcome Chinese hegemony because it appears to them as development projects, while they are hostile to Western hegemony because for them it is just war, bombing, destruction, displacement and life like death in refugee camps and loans on disastrous terms. The consequences for Western monetary institutions starve them and go into the pockets of the corrupt. To provide education, experts, development projects, mediations of conciliatory diplomacy and cultural fields instead of war and exploitative policies and their poisonous fruits? every action has a reaction of its kind; War violence generates the desire for revenge and terrorist revenge, and the vicious circle continues without end, making the world worse, hindering global trade, and raising prices.
