The Municipality of the Holy Capital responded to the “Okaz” report, about “water pooling in front of Ibn Hazm High School in Bahra.” The Director of the Institutional Communication Department in the Municipality, Mamdouh Al-Dahas, stated that the Bahra sub-municipality explained that the water pools occurred due to damage to the water network of the National Water Company, and that the Municipality is doing its role represented by intensifying insect control, spraying operations, preventive suction and backfilling of swamps in the affected neighborhoods, in order to avoid the spread of Diseases and epidemics, until the water and sanitation network is modernized and the required projects are implemented in the region.
