James Giombetti Death – Passed Away: James Giombetti, better known as Mr. G, the owner of The Exclusive Company record stores, died suddenly and unexpectedly. Giombetti died in Opa Locka, Florida, on Saturday. At the time of publication, the circumstances surrounding James Giombetti’s death were unknown.
In the mid-1950s, James Giombetti began his business by selling records from the trunk of his car at flea markets. He opened the first Exclusive store in West Bend in 1956 before relocating to Oshkosh in 1957. Appleton, Green Bay, Janesville, Milwaukee, and Madison were among his seven locations. At one point, the Exclusive Company sold one out of every 700 CDs purchased in the United States.

Giombetti was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. He had a calming presence and was extremely kind, he touched the hearts of so many and was an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
