Today (Thursday), the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, reviewed the work of the Ministry of Technology for Hajj this year 1439 AH, and also launched the Islamic awareness system in Hajj, Umrah and visitation, in the presence of a number of senior officials in the Ministry and specialists in the information technology sector.
Prior to Dr. Al-Sheikh’s inauguration of the system, the work of the Ministry of Technology for Hajj this year was presented, represented in three packages: the first is the systems and services of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah, the second: the “Rites” system in its second version, and the third package: the systems of the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj Umrah and visit.
At the end of the meeting, the system of “Islamic Awareness in Hajj, Umrah and Visitation” was launched, asking God Almighty to make this system useful and fulfill the vision and aspirations of the rulers, in a way that contributes to facilitating the works that serve all the guests of Rahman, calling on God Almighty to help everyone to do his duty towards His religion, his kingdom and his country.
And the Minister of Islamic Affairs stated that this service was launched in order to facilitate the awareness of the Hajj, Umrah performer and visitor, so that those in charge of awareness can perform their work easily and easily using the latest technologies, which achieves the goals and visions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his faithful crown prince, and to keep pace with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 that will transform the Kingdom To the ranks of developed countries in serving the country and the citizen.
