The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to France, Khaled Al-Anqari, congratulated the French people for achieving the 2018 World Cup title.
Al-Anqari sent through his Twitter account yesterday (Sunday), after the victory, words in the French language, in which he congratulated the French team and its players, and said: "Well done … congratulations to France … and its team in the World Cup." Al-Anqari attached a picture of the noisy and remarkable French celebrations in Paris, near the world's most famous landmark, the Eiffel Tower.
The French national team had achieved a unique achievement when it was able to add the second star to its shirt, by achieving the 2018 World Cup in Russia, 20 years after it achieved the World Championship in 1998, and yesterday defeated the Croatian national team, 4 goals to 2.
