An employee in reservations and special arrangements, stressing that development and training in the hotel sector continues on a regular basis and helps to develop the efficiency of female employees and work on promotion to higher positions.

While the accountant, Asmaa Mian, commented that the hotel in which she works has now begun to feminize a number of jobs in the food and safety department, and began hiring girls in the accounting department four months ago, considering that the hotel work environment is excellent, with fewer problems and high interest in constantly developing and training staff. However, low salaries are a real problem in the private sector, as the salaries of holders of a master's degree and a bachelor's degree are equal, and in general they are also lower than the salaries of young people.

Shaima Al-Omari mentions her experience in the hotel reception job, which she started a month ago, pointing out that training has been available since her first day at work, in addition to paying attention to the employee’s efficiency to reflect a good image of the facility, and this is reflected positively on the female employees, but at the same time she indicated Low salaries, despite the existence of annual incentives.

As for Maram Nabil, who reached the position of a reservations supervisor after working for five years in the hotel sector, she mentions that she received almost daily training courses and a personal development plan in addition to work, in order to obtain promotions continuously, indicating that the hotel work environment has improved during the past five years and doubled. Number of female employees.

In the laundry section, Kholoud Awwad spoke about her experience, which began nearly a year ago with eight women, until the morning shift in the laundry was completely feminized, and currently the hotel seeks to feminize the evening shift, hinting that the work environment is excellent, where cooperation and respect prevail among all. employees and supervisors.

Reyam Abdel-Aal, an employee in guest service and relations, explained that the hotel environment is attractive to girls, as the employee can gain great experience due to her continuous dealings with guests of different nationalities and cultures, which gives the employee professional confidence, which helps her develop personality, but in return she points to aspects that may affect negatively. Women employees, including poor salaries and incentives, and the lack of toilets for female employees, in addition to the length of the work period, with two shifts per day and only one day off.
