Roswell Shooting – Walmart on North Main Street was closed down following a shooting on West Pine Lodge Road, police said two suspects were located and apprehended after a shooting that left a person critically injured this night.
Roswell Police Department says the incident stemmed off outside the city limits. The shooting prompted a quick evacuation and lockdown of the business place located at 4500 N. Main Street as officials search the surrounding areas for the suspects. No one was injured inside the Walmart mall.
The department also assured that there is no threats to the public. Investigators determined that a chase between two vehicles on Livonia Road to Acacia behind (The Roswell) Mall escalated to exchange of multiple gunfires near Walmart.
Investigations remain active.
