The true knowledge of our capabilities and inner strength is the first key to our sucex. Sucex is innate to us, we are all born great though we sometimes mistakenly think great minds are born great, the truth is that we are all born great, some of us learn to activate our greatness early in life, others wait for life’s challenges to inspire our greatness.
You have a great destiny that can never be delayed or denied except by your own laxity.
Sincerity of will here implies actualizing the greatness we caryy inside, that is living a sincere life that reflects the purpose for which we were born. Not a life lived according the the worlds standard…..a world that is trying to change us

Each one of us has a role to play in the scheme of societal event. A role actuated by the greatnes we carry inside.
The first key to self knowledge then becomes constant introspection and contemplation.
Life is a school with unending lessons, the experiences we get in the school of life is unique to us, special to our blossoming and very necessary for our growth. Many who know not how to manage themselves are blown apart by the storms of life or the passions of the self but those who have a sacred knowledge of themselves and their destiny(destiny as used here implies choice) excel beyond their widest dream.
2014 has gone but she and prior years can be a school we must learn from if we are to blossom the greatness we carry.
Practically
Create time to contemplate the experiences of your past. Examine them know
Why they came
How you contributed to them coming
What you did when they came
If your response to these events were the best
What lessons these experiences had for your life
Ask your self this question “have I started living the life am supposed to live” “am I living to earn a living or am I living to create impact for my society”

Mark is a successful business man(you may not know him cos he lives close to me)

One thing is certain about all these people, they did what they what reflected their inner calling.
You have a call to sincerity, a call waiting to exhale in you if you have not already started on the path of your noble “career”.
Note- by the use of the word career, I make a distinction between career and job. Job I see as something done to earn a living or have the necessity of life while career I see as something we do to create or add impact to the life of our society.
