Tributes To Tyler Grygas

Below are some of the statements shared across social media users’ timelines on the death of Grygas.

“Good morning FB friends, family and everyone else. I come to you today with devastating news. I have just returned home from Mexico. In case anyone is unaware and/or hearing rumors I am here right now to set the record straight.

My brother Tyler has passed away. He’s is with his father and the Lord now. He is in a much more peaceful and safe place. Tyler’s passing was unexpected and devastating to myself and to my family as well as many friends and extended family. Please feel free to share any awesome stories and or experiences you may have had with Tyler with myself, my family and especially my mom. Tyler was loved and will be greatly missed by all of us. This is a really hard thing to deal with.

My main reason for this post is that I have heard some rumors of course. Rumors of which I am here to clear up today. This is coming straight from the horses mouth. I just returned home from Mexico as I was there to sign documents, learn autopsy abd investigation results as well as identify his remains. I am hearing from MULTIPLE sources there are rumors going around if an “overdose” I am here to tell you THAT IS NOT TRUE, because I personally did not say that. I was briefed and read reports and sign documents in Mexico for all the information and findings of the investigation. The long and short of things are that Tyler’s death was ruled a “Homicide” if you look up the definition of homicide no where does that involve taking drugs in excess to the point of accidental death. I saw photographs of the scene , I read the reports and I laid my eyes on my brother. The stories I’m hearing are frankly downright rude and hurtful to my family as they are untrue. If you have question please contact ME. PLEASE LEAVE MY MOTHER ALONE TO GRIEVE IN PEACE. You may contact her with condolences but please don’t pester her with questions. I will be in contact with everyone regarding services and burial.

Please respect the wishes of my family as it’s the right thing to do, but also because I, myself, am grieving the loss of a family member and I’m not a nice person to begin with. Think about what you say before you say it. Just inbox me or text/call me and I’ll be happy to answer SOME questions as other questions may be just plain none of your business. But I will be fielding questions and making sure the truth is known. This is a devastating time and I have no patience for rumors about my family. Please be respectful. I have attached a picture of Tyler you’re welcome to screenshot and have for yourself. Thank you all for the kind words and the well wishes. It doesn’t go unnoticed. People really show their true colors in times like these. I can only hope your colors are honest and true.”
