The growth of the United States Army Uniform, released by LionHeart FilmWorks and Historical Wardrobe a couple of months ago is rapidly going viral using well over a million views. Thevideo tells the story of this us army uniform history uniform all the way back into the 17th century when the first organized militias were formed that would later become the United States Army.
The film was created by LionHeart FilmWorks and its sister company Historical Wardrobe. According to Kevin R. Hershberger, President and founder of both firms, it was an ambitious project that nobody has tried before in this manner.
“This movie is a joint effort by both teams and companies in our pursuit and passion to create historic content with an almost obsessive level of historical accuracy and attention to detail,” says Hershberger. “We covered 400 years of history, so I feel that’s something to be proud of!”
It provides the viewer a fascinating glimpse of 23 different fashions of apparel — the uniforms, weapons, and accoutrements — which were worn by the U.S. military soldier as far back as the 1620s. The video is really the first in a string that LionHeart FilmWorks and Historical Wardrobe are planning on the topic of ancient U.S. army uniforms.
Hershberger feels that the movie might be particularly relevant this month due to Armed Forces Day on May 19th, that observes present members of the U.S. army, and Memorial Day on May 28th, which observes members of the U.S. military who have given their lives in service to the nation.
