The estate’s distinct neighbours include Fountain Springville Estate developed by HFP Nigeria Limited (developers of VGC and Mayfair gardens Estate), Emperor Estate, Novare Mall (Shoprite Sangotedo), Crown Estate and more.
According to the information provided on Landwey Investment ltd’s official website for Westwood Park estate, a plot of land measuring 600sqm with Certificate of Occupancy at the time of this publication is selling for N17.5 million.
