Woman Found Dead In Bexley – At approximately 9:15 p.m last night, a 66 year old woman was found collapsed at a house on a serene residential street in Bexley, South East London.
She was declared dead at the scene.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, he is believed to be related to the victim.
The suspect remain in custody at a South police station.
The woman has been identified formally and an autopsy will be conducted.
Detective Chief Inspector Mick Norman stated : ” we are at the preliminary stage of our investigation, a man has been detained and our enquiries remain active.
“Our thought and prayer are with the deceased’s family at this sad time.
