Zane McFadden Death – Cause of Death – On the 15th of November 2021, Zane McFadden was killed on a Syracuse street, the Syracuse Police reported. McFadden of Marietta died after being struck by a vehicle in downtown Syracuse on Monday.
Authorities said they responded to a call to the intersection of Harrison and South State Streets by the Onondaga County War Memorial just after 5:00pm. Responding deputies said upon arrival, they found McFadden unconscious and he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police report states that the driver of the vehicle who hit the man remained on the scene. The investigation is active and ongoing; anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police Department at (315) 442-5222.
Tracy Grimm said on Facebook; “Oh man, this was our dentist.🥲🥲🥲 We switched to him after the one we went to for years kept cancelling appointments due to staff turnover & my kids went almost 2 years without seeing a dentist. Had such a hard time finding any that took our insurance & he was so nice and accommodating. RIP Zane McFadden”
