A 53 Year- old Stacey McGinnis was killed in a fatal crash on December 10,2018.
The cause of Stacey McGinnis death can be traced to a 20 year-old car theft named Timmy Goforth of Youngstown, who had been driving recklessly through the Akron Area, trying to escape the pursue of Acron Police.
According to the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office, Akron police attempted to pull over a driver, Timmy Goforth who ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle at the intersection of Slosson Street and Packard Drive.
The driver of the other vehicle, identified as Stacey McGinnis, 53, died as a result of the crash.
