The percentage of accidents and run-over cases increased in the Taiba neighborhood adjacent to Taibah University. The intersection located in front of the Taiba Mosque witnessed repeated accidents and run-over cases in the recent period. Due to the overlapping of cars and pedestrians in front of the mosque and one of the commercial centers, the residents of the neighborhood called on the Municipality and Traffic to find solutions to the roads and streets of the neighborhood, which are dominated by randomness and poor organization, with the necessity of the traffic presence to monitor traffic violations in the neighborhood.
Hussam Al-Ahmadi says that most of the neighborhood's residents now use the internal roads. Due to the closure of the main road that connects the neighborhood to Al-Salam Road, after the bridge was affected by the recent rains and the collapse of the asphalt layer, there was only one lane to exit through the universities, which led to a traffic jam on the track. Adnan Al-Tamimi pointed out that the intersection in front of the Taiba Mosque has become a danger to pedestrians, and several accidents and run-over cases have already occurred at the intersection. He called on the Municipality and the Traffic Department to redesign the lanes and roads in the neighborhood, especially after the construction and expansion of the sidewalks. He appealed to the Municipality to build waterways towards the course of the main valley, as the torrents coming from the neighboring mountains pour on the roads and enter the houses, and the scene is repeated a lot.
