And the Ministry indicated, in the regulatory rules for the transfer of incumbents of educational positions for the year 1444 AH, that the process of conducting the transfer is an attempt to achieve the best desire of the applicant by transferring him to one or more desires during the process of conducting the external transfer; In order to reach the best possible desire, and therefore the teacher’s workplace and sector will change each time, which entails re-matching him with applicants in the new sector according to the needs of that sector, indicating that it is not necessary when canceling the transfer of one of the applicants for any reason to transfer the next; To ensure the stability of the educational process.
The rules indicated that the payment of the need is in the sector to which he is transferred, starting from the secondary stage, then the intermediate stage, and then the primary stage, indicating that all applicants for transfer, including those assigned to work other than teaching (supervisory formations – school formations), are preferred to transfer as teachers according to these rules, and they do not have The right to claim transfer for the work they are assigned to, with the exception of those appointed by the Ministry of Human Resources to specialize in student counseling, who are preferred according to their work mentioned in the appointment decisions.
