The National Center of Meteorology expected in its report on the weather for today (Friday), – God willing – that the opportunity is still ripe for moderate to heavy thunderstorms accompanied by active winds and showers of hail that lead to torrential rains in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha and Makkah Al-Mukarramah extends to parts of the heights of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region, while thunderstorms preceded by active winds that raise dust and dust continue to be expected, limiting the horizontal visibility in parts of the regions of Riyadh, Al-Sharqiya and Najran.

The report indicated that the movement of surface winds on the Red Sea is from north to northwest at a speed of 25-45 km/h, gradually turning southeasterly to southwest at a speed of 15-30 km/h on the southern part, and the wave height is from one and a half to two and a half meters, and the state of the sea is medium. The waves are wavy, while the movement of surface winds over the Arabian Gulf is northerly to northwesterly, at a speed of 25-45 km/h.
