After reviewing the Basic Law of Governance, issued by Royal Decree No. (A / 90) dated 8/27/1412 AH.
And after reviewing the Regions System, issued by Royal Decree No. (A / 92) dated 8/27/1412 AH.
And after reviewing the system of ministers, deputy ministers, and employees of the excellent rank, issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 10) dated 3/18/1391 AH.
And after reviewing Royal Decree No. (A / 14) dated 3/3/1414 AH.
We commanded what is to come:
First: His Highness Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Saud is appointed as governor of Diriyah, at the excellent rank.
Second: Our matter shall be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.
