Saudi Airlines announced the suspension of all its flights to and from Sudan, due to what happened to its plane at Khartoum International Airport.
The airline said in a statement today (Saturday) that its Airbus A330, flight number SV458, had an accident at Khartoum International Airport before taking off towards Riyadh, at exactly seven o'clock UTC, this morning (Saturday) April 15.
And she added, “Saudi Arabia’s emergency team responded immediately, as all flights to and from Sudan were suspended until further notice.”
She indicated that the work teams are working side by side with all relevant authorities, led by the Kingdom's embassy in Sudan, to obtain more information about the incident.
