His passing left a pain in the hearts and souls of his family and those who knew him, and a number of colleagues of the deceased praised the practical and highly scientific spirit with which the deceased dealt with everyone who knew him, as he was an example of a cooperative scholarship with high morals. His widow, Dr. Munira Al-Qahtani, inherited him with expressions of pride, pride, and praise, as she said in her speech about him at the time: “My husband was my first supporter during the scholarship, facilities, and support – after God – in completing my studies. Al-Qahtani obtained a bachelor’s degree from the College of Administrative Sciences from King Saud University in 2003, majoring in political science, and a master’s degree in 2011 in human resources from the University of Stirling, Britain, while he applied for a doctorate from the Department of Economics and Administrative Sciences at the University of Birmingham in Britain. death after handing over the research last December.
