And the security authorities, through their plan for the remaining days of the blessed Ramadan, especially the 27th and 29th nights, are working to provide all services to worshipers coming from all directions and to control the security and traffic movement that helps the flow of pedestrians and cars to prevent crowds and traffic confusion. For the arrival of worshipers to the Prophet’s Mosque and its departure in a smooth manner, in addition to the plan for organizing crowds of worshipers in the corridors of the Prophet’s Mosque and its external squares, in addition to other efforts to organize the visit in the honorable kindergarten, and the entry and exit of worshipers, in cooperation with the Agency of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque, which intensified its efforts To provide all means of comfort for the worshipers, who flock to the Prophet’s Mosque in large numbers in the last ten days of the holy month.
The Agency for Technical, Operational and Maintenance Affairs of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque confirmed its readiness for the 27th night of the current month of Ramadan, through packages of technical and operational works and services and an elite group of human forces specialized in maintenance, operation and technical equipment equipped with the features of artificial intelligence.
On the other hand, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, represented by the Agency for Field Awareness Affairs, intensified its field awareness efforts at the Grand Mosque, and harnessed all its human and technical energies to provide field and digital awareness programs for pilgrims to the Grand Mosque through its field staff, digital centers and interactive screens in order to achieve the correct performance of their rituals in all It facilitates and enriches their experience and enhances the glorification of the Grand Mosque.
The Agency for Field Awareness Affairs provides its services through more than 180 qualified field employees to carry out field awareness services in the Grand Mosque, its courtyards and external facilities.
