Eyes that do not fall asleep work to preserve the security and safety of the pilgrims of the Great Mosque of Mecca, through an integrated security system that transmits all the details directly throughout the day to the operations room and television monitoring through which the workers in the Special Force for the Grand Mosque’s security follow everything that is happening in the end, the endeavor and the arenas and deliver the necessary directions regarding them.
The operations room is connected to cameras that cover the entire campus, its entrances and exits, to monitor the intensity of the movement of worshipers, visitors and pilgrims, and to direct the field leadership to deal with it to ensure the safety of all.
The operations and television monitoring room includes many capsules, which are linked to television screens linked to cameras distributed inside the Grand Mosque, and are monitored through cameras distributed over the Grand Mosque and the surrounding squares, the central area, the main streets, public transport stations and the entrances to Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and it plays a major role in managing and organizing the movement of crowds on Around the clock, in continuous coordination with the security field leaders, especially at peak times, which is usually before Iftar and after Taraweeh. It also monitors the pedestrian regiment mechanism to the public transport stations surrounding the central area and follows up on its frequency movement, while determining the places of crowding in the streets and roads in all axes of the central area surrounding the Haram. .
