The Deputy Emir of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, Prince Badr bin Sultan, handed over 525 housing units to the most needy families from the beneficiaries of the development housing program in the region and the residents of slums in Jeddah, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Engineer Abdullah Al-Budair, as part of the charity housing subscription campaign.

The Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing extended his thanks and appreciation to the advisor of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Emir of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, and his deputy for their generous sponsorship of the ceremony of handing over the beneficiaries from the neediest families, stressing the ministry’s keenness to provide adequate housing for beneficiary families in various regions of the Kingdom, in line with With the objectives of the housing program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030.

It is noteworthy that the charitable housing subscription has achieved a number of successes since its launch at the beginning of the current blessed month of Ramadan, as the first charitable subscription in the housing sector in the world, and aims to mobilize charitable bids from individuals and institutions; To support the families most in need of housing, and aims to secure 3,500 homes for the most needy families, thereby contributing to achieving development dimensions that are in line with the objectives of the wise leadership by providing adequate housing for citizens of all categories, and providing multiple options that suit all segments.
