The center published the details of the court ruling, revealing that the violation consisted of dumping untreated sewage water into an environmental medium (vacant land).
The Environmental Compliance Center revealed that the penalty consisted of imposing a fine of 50,000 riyals, and obligating it to remove the consequences of the violation, environmental rehabilitation, payment of compensation, and publishing a summary of the ruling.
