The General Directorate of Civil Defense called on everyone to take precautions, stay away from places where torrential rains gather, and adhere to the civil defense instructions announced through various media and social networking sites in order to preserve their safety.
Drainage of floods, Al-Zahra district
The Mayor of Hail directed to start immediately the infrastructure works to drain the torrential rains in the Al-Zahra neighborhood from the early hours of the morning, after studying, designing and implementing the rainwater drainage network with the aim of preventing the dangers of torrential rains and the accumulation of water.
The Municipality revealed that the field teams immediately proceeded to all sites that witnessed heavy rains and dealt with them immediately, and more than 1,700 workers and observers began their work in draining rain and torrential waters, and more than 250 equipment and machinery with all their technical staff contributed to the success of the rain and torrential water drainage plan.
