And it is not too much to praise him for the good remembrance, which he took care of raising it during his life, and his right did not digest it after his death, and the remembrance of a person is a second life, especially if its owner was high-spirited and accomplished a task.
Last Ramadan, Jazan and the homeland lost stature and value, and its hills and mountains were covered with a dark color. For the departure of the educator Muhammad bin Ahmed Salem Brik, known as Hajj Brik, the human model, present in the councils of the elite, and not absent from treating the pains of the simple, and to the extent of the diversity of giving in his life, and the spaciousness of generosity, to the extent that wealth was a feature and imprint in every work he accomplished or took over.
The deceased worked on teaching and educating himself, so he was previously aware, and when he mastered the sciences, he taught, so he was among the elite teachers and the best mentors, and he assumed leadership positions in the education department, and because success leads to successes, he was chosen as the mayor of Jazan, so he employed his experiences and relations in the service of the jewel of art and the oyster. The poem, the ship of melodies, and the city and the provinces enjoyed a large share of development, and due to its proximity to the youth space, he adopted the establishment of the Saudi Scout Association in Jazan, and his scouts harvested badges, and among them he turned to talents and their need for an association, so it was the Association of Culture and Arts, and he took over its management, and handed over the reins to those after him, and managed Branch of the Ministry of Commerce, and he worked as a member of the district council, then devoted himself to the charitable sector, and he is an expert in conditions and conditions, so he bandaged wounds, comforted the grieving, and motivated his children and students to be of help to him.
This journey full of giving for more than 60 years did not come except from a soul saturated with the love of good for others, and from a mind with sound opinion, sincere advice, and a giving hand that did not skimp on its people and society, neither time nor effort nor money nor good intercession.
Just before the last ten days of Ramadan, Hajj Braik moved to the mercy of his Lord, and immortalized among us an additional memory that is difficult to forget.
