Toledo Refinery Fire
A fire outbreak was reported at about 11:15 a.m. in Toledo Refinery in east Toledo Tuesday.
According to Oregon Police, multiple roads are closed in the area. firefighters are battling a large fire at the Toledo Refinery in east Toledo. Smoke can be seen from the area.
It is not known at this time if there is any casualties, or if people are stuck inside the building. InsideEko will update this story.
