The ministry stipulated 4 main conditions in the indebtedness transfer program, namely: customers who regularly pay, customers who receive full or partial support, and that it does not apply to beneficiaries of the advance payment initiative for military and civilians at the present time, and that it does not apply to beneficiaries of existing financing and that the payment period does not exceed the remaining period in current contract.
The Ministry indicated that the date of subsidy deposit has been set to be on the 24th of each Gregorian month for all beneficiaries, and the deposit takes place within a maximum period of 3 working days after the 24th of the Gregorian month as a maximum.
Regarding amending the cadastral declaration for residential plots for some citizens in some regions of the Kingdom, the ministry noted that all documents can be printed, including the cadastral decision, after allocating the land product and signing the electronic contract through personal accounts, and in the event that it is not possible to print the documents, you can visit the ministry’s branch. in the modification area.
