Under the auspices of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, and honoring the Deputy Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, Prince Badr bin Sultan; The Chamber of Commerce in Makkah Al-Mukarramah will launch tomorrow evening (Monday), 19 Ramadan, the first Manafea Forum, which is sponsored by Umm Al-Qura Development and Reconstruction Company, owner and developer of Masar destination.
The first Manafea Forum aspires to contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and the goals of the Guests of Rahman program represented in enriching the pilgrim experience, reaching 30 million Umrah performers and 5 million pilgrims by 2030, and supporting the promising partnership between the government and private sectors, as a number of participants participate in the forum. The first Manafa Forum aims to highlight the competitive advantages of the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. Through dialogue sessions hosting senior officials and decision-makers, which contributes to raising the participation of the private sector in the gross domestic product of the two cities, and strengthening the role of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah in supporting the “Made in Saudi Arabia” program aimed at stimulating national industries, through “Made in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.” and “Made in Madinah” and enabling companies to increase their total contribution to the national economy, in line with the “Shreek” program, one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programmes.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Chamber pointed out the importance of the sessions of the Manafa Forum to enhance cooperation and integration between the government and private sectors, in a way that supports the status of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah as centers of attraction for business activities in the Islamic world, adding: “The first Manafa Forum came in support of the tripartite agreement between the Chamber of Commerce in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the Chamber Commerce in Madinah and the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, and will bring together experts, decision-makers and business owners under its roof in order to contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the Guests of Rahman Program.
