The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif Al Al-Sheikh, announced that the Ministry has completed the appointment of 25,714 imams and muezzins according to the contract system in mosques and mosques in Saudi Arabia, as part of the employment initiative that the Ministry began implementing on 6/1/1442 until now.
Minister Al-Sheikh said: With the completion of the appointment processes for (monitors, women, preachers, female preachers, guards, and female guards), the total number of those appointed since the start of the initiative for contract jobs until the current year (1444) will reach 45 thousand male and female employees.
And he continued: The number of imams, preachers and muezzins who have been appointed to the item of rewards has reached 24,180 since 1440 in various regions of Saudi Arabia as part of the efforts that the ministry seeks to achieve in order to keep pace with the aspirations and directives of the wise leadership in employing competencies from the sons and daughters of the country.
