The Department of Education in Madinah Region announced the suspension of attendance studies today (Monday) in Madinah schools. This is based on reports received from the National Center of Meteorology, and in the interest of everyone’s safety.
The administration indicated that the academic process will continue through the “Madrasati” platform, for all male and female students, male and female employees of schools and education offices.
Taibah University also announced the suspension of attendance studies today, for university students at the main headquarters in Madinah and the university’s branches in the governorates, based on reports received from the National Center of Meteorology, and in the interest of everyone’s safety.
The university stated that the study will be conducted remotely via the “Blackboard” for all students, including those affiliated with the regulations in force.
Today, the National Center of Meteorology issued an alert about the formation of light to medium rain in the Asir region, and its accompanying effects include activity in surface winds and a decrease in visibility, including the city of Abha and the governorates of Uhud Rafidah, Al-Rabou’a, Al-Harjah, Khamis Mushait, Sarat Abidah and Dhahran Al-Janoub, in addition to the regions. And the center indicated that the situation continues until 8 pm.
