Today, the Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, inaugurated the service of issuing a “multi-party agency” through the Najiz.sa portal, with the aim of facilitating the beneficiaries and shortening their time and effort, without the need to visit the notary public.

The Ministry of Justice stated that the service allows beneficiaries to issue a multi-party power of attorney, by adding more than one agent and principal in one agency, where the authentication link is sent to all clients to approve the issuance of the power of attorney electronically through the Najez portal, in an instant, immediately after the completion of the endorsements within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of uploading Agency request, without the need to visit a notary.

The Ministry indicated that it is possible to benefit from the electronic service at all times and around the clock through the Nages portal. As it is not linked to the official working hours and takes place without human intervention by the Ministry’s employees in all its steps since submitting the application, passing through the electronic system’s checks on all required conditions, and ensuring their instantaneous conformity through technical linkage with the systems and concerned authorities, until the completion of all approvals by the delegates. And ending with approving the application and issuing the agency officially electronically.

The electronic service sends a text message to all clients and enables them to review the request and know all its details, such as: the parties to the agency, the selected clauses and their duration, after entering the request in the Nages portal through the unified national access service, and it also enables them to accept or reject the request within 48 hours from the date of Submit it through the Nages portal.

The Ministry of Justice indicated that the service is directed to groups consisting of several clients who wish to issue one power of attorney for all of them, despite their different geographical locations inside and outside the Kingdom. Among the most prominent groups targeted by the service: relatives, heirs, partners, and other groups consisting of several persons. The Ministry of Justice confirmed that the service of issuing a “multilateral agency” comes in the context of its work to support digital transformation projects in the ministry to convert all documentary services into fully electronic services without the need for beneficiaries to visit justice facilities. With the aim of facilitating procedures for them and raising work efficiency and performance.
